What does Eleuthera mean?
Eleuthera is the feminine form of the Greek word for "freedom" - freedom from something, freedom to do something, and liberation from what is holding us back. In my experiences, we somehow convince ourselves we don't have a choice because repeating the same behaviors is familiar, comfortable, and easier. You can be an agent of change and re-write your story
How do I know if we are a good fit?
Building trust and feeling safe are vital for any real work or change to occur and increase the likelihood of success. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me over the phone. Together we can see if your needs and my style work well.
What is the financial piece?
I currently accept self pay, Optum/United, Aetna State Plan, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Initial Assessment 75-90 minutes $180
Individual Counseling session
53 minutes $150
Couples/Family counseling 53 minutes $170
Group Counseling rates based on number
and size of group
If you cannot afford these rates and do not have insurance, I can refer you to
All Souls Counseling Center for high quality counseling on a sliding scale.
